Terms and Conditions.

"Centryflow", "we" and "us" means Centryflow Technologies Ltd "Service" means the Centryflow platform, including PIM, DAM and production management features, together with any related documentation and support. "Customer Content" means product data, digital assets and other material you or your users upload to the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. Accounts are for named individuals; sharing a seat between people is not permitted.

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Fees are exclusive of taxes. Plan changes take effect immediately and are pro-rated for the remainder of the billing term. Either party may cancel with effect from the end of the current term; fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

You retain all rights to Customer Content. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display it solely to provide the Service. On termination you may export your data for 30 days, after which we delete it from production systems within a further 30 days.

You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, uploading unlawful material, or reselling access without our written consent. We may suspend accounts that put the Service or other customers at risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Each party's total aggregate liability under these terms is capped at the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Either party may terminate for material breach that remains uncured 30 days after written notice. On termination your right to use the Service ends and data handling follows section 4. Sections intended to survive termination — including liability and governing law — do so.
