The problem

Disconnected product data. Inaccuracy across channels.

The price differs by country. The copy differs by language. The imagery differs by channel. The item has not changed at all. The information about it now has multiple versions on multiple platforms.

Your product information isn't the problem. The way you manage it is.

  1. Products exist in the ERP system
  2. Pricing variations live in spreadsheets
  3. SKU Descriptions live in word.
  4. Product specifications are stored on PDFs
  5. Web copy is held on platform
  6. Language versions reside in InDesign
  7. Imagery differs by channel.
  8. Updates are manual and inefficient across content
The solution

Built around your products

Structured like your business.

Spec sheet · 04 entries

01
Hierarchies and taxonomies.
Build product structures that mirror your actual portfolio. Not somebody else's template. Create, extend and maintain taxonomies without developer support.
02
Attributes, Variants and relationships.
Store structured and unstructured data with flexible attribute schemas. Connect related products, varying measurement, colours, size and pack details to drive cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, while keeping complex ranges easy to navigate.
03
Regional and channel content.
Adapt by market, language, currency and channel, along with whatever else changes when a product crosses a border. Unlimited scopes hold only what is different. Everything else comes from the product itself. No duplicated effort.
04
Workflows and governance
Regulatory information lives with the product. Approved, versioned, tracked, compliant and audit-ready.

Connected assets

Complete visibility. Zero delays.

Imagery, logos, artwork auto-linked to your products or on approval. See in real time what assets are available per product, variant and market. Connected in one environment so you don't have to do the searching.

Less queries. Less re-works. Quicker launches.

No-code configuration

Your data model. Not ours.

Define structures, scopes and workflows around how you actually operate. New market, new channel, new campaign. Configured in an afternoon, not commissioned as a project.

  1. 1

    Define attributes and hierarchies

Fields, types, validation. Drawn from your portfolio, named in your language.

  2. 2

Scope by region, channel or campaign

One record, many faces. Each market sees its own approved version.

  3. 3

    Change without a development ticket

Adjust structures and approval steps as the business moves. No release cycle.

Multi-channel delivery

One record. Every channel.

Websites, marketplaces, retail partners, print, social. Each channel takes the approved version it needs. Nothing else.

Worked example

ONE PRODUCT. TWO MARKETS.

A snowboard, sold in the UK and France, in two colourways.

The product holds the identity, the specification, the materials, the photography, the English copy and the UK price.

The French scope holds the French title, the French description and the euro price. Nothing else.

Correct the specification and both markets get it. Change the French wording and only France sees it. Add a third colourway and it inherits everything shared from the moment it exists.

Shopify

Shopify connector

From product record to live storefront.

The Shopify connector publishes the product, its copy and its web-ready imagery straight from the record your team already maintains. No export. No re-typing. No second copy to keep in step. Each market takes the price already held against that version of the product, in that market's currency.

InDesign

InDesign plugin

Accurate artwork. Connected design.

Deliver product data, descriptions, pricing and variant information directly to your InDesign artwork. Always connected so updates happen once in the PIM and push to all connected artworks. No manual updates, no discrepancies between versions, no incorrect data across channels. Everything is managed from the PIM and pushed to your connected channels.

The transformation

Structured. Accurate. Delivered.

  1. Unified, channel-ready content.

  2. Faster product launches.

  3. Improved customer experience.

  4. Better governance and compliance.

  5. Automation of manual processes.

One connected platform

It doesn't work alone.

Product information is one third of it. The assets that show the product live on the same records. The work that creates and approves both run in the same system.

That is why the link between an image, a product and a campaign is a fact, not a filename convention.
