General
What is Centryflow?
Centryflow is a cloud-based PIM, DAM and production management platform. It brings product data, creative assets, workflows and approvals into one connected environment, giving teams a reliable source of truth and the control to move faster.
Who is Centryflow for?
Retail and consumer brands with complex workflows — multiple SKUs, variants, channels and approval chains — who need one source of truth across product, creative, production and e-commerce teams.
Do we still need separate PIM, DAM or project management tools?
No. Centryflow replaces the point solutions — product data, digital assets and campaign production live in one connected environment instead of three disconnected logins.
How long does implementation take?
Most teams are live in weeks, not quarters. We migrate your existing catalogue and asset library as part of onboarding.
Does it integrate with our existing systems?
Yes. Centryflow connects to the ecommerce, ERP and DAM-adjacent tools you already run, so product data and assets stay in sync everywhere they're published.
Product information
What is a PIM?
A PIM (Product Information Management) system is your control centre for everything product related. It centralises, manages and enriches product data – ensuring that accurate, consistent and up-to-date information flows seamlessly across sales, marketing, ecommerce and distribution channels. As the backbone of modern ecommerce, omnichannel retail and data-driven marketing, a robust product information management tool eliminates data silos, accelerates speed to market and enhances the customer experience at every stage. From technical specifications and descriptions to images, video, inventory and compliance content, including product data sheets, a powerful PIM solution provides a single source of truth. If you’re wondering what is a product data sheet, it’s a standardised document detailing key product information such as dimensions, features, materials and compliance standards – Centryflow makes managing these easy across all channels. Centryflow also includes unlimited product information scopes, allowing your business to define and manage as many variations of product data as needed. Whether pivoting by global region, country, sales channel or language – or create something entirely unique – you can make changes instantly, with no technical support required. This flexibility gives your teams complete control to localise content, tailor offerings and respond to new market demands in real time. This empowers businesses to confidently deliver rich, channel-ready product information across every touchpoint. In today’s complex digital landscape, investing in the best product information management software is no longer optional – it’s essential.
Does Centryflow publish to Shopify?
Yes. The Shopify connector publishes the product, its copy and its web-ready imagery straight from the record your team already maintains. No export. No re-typing. No second copy to keep in step. Each market takes the price already held against that version of the product, in that market's currency.
Can we add a new field or a new market without a developer?
Yes. Define an attribute, name it, choose its type, and it exists. Scopes work the same way: pivot by global region, country, channel and language, add the ones you need yourself and start using them immediately.
Digital assets
What is a DAM?
Digital Asset Management (DAM) is the structured process of storing, organising, managing and delivering digital content – such as images, videos, design files, packaging, logos and marketing documents – across teams, channels and markets.
What stops bad files entering the library?
Every file is checked against your standards before it enters your library. Good files flow straight through. Problem files are turned away at the door, with a clear explanation of exactly what to fix.
Can clients and agencies be given access without seeing internal activity?
Yes. Assign roles for internal teams and for external partners: agencies, photographers, freelancers, clients. One permission model covers all of them. Permissions are controlled on a per user basis so no-one sees internal activity that shouldn't, and work is shared through secure, permission-based links rather than an email with a file attached to it.
Production
Do we have to use sample tracking if we are not a studio?
No. Track your samples alongside your shoot assets and campaign artwork, or create separate projects without them. Work your way, define your own rules.
Pricing
Can we change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any point in your term and we pro-rate the difference. Your data, workflows and integrations carry over untouched.
What counts as a SKU?
Any distinct product variant you manage — size, colour or configuration — counts as one SKU. Bundles and kits count once, not per component.
Is onboarding included in the price?
Yes. Every plan includes guided onboarding and catalogue migration — Enterprise adds a dedicated success manager to run it end-to-end.
Do you charge for API usage?
No. API and connector access is included in both plans at no extra cost — there's no metering or per-call pricing.
Is there a free trial?
We run guided pilots instead of self-serve trials — book a demo and we'll set one up against your real catalogue.
